My Story
Hi guys, I’m Alexandra, and here is my transformation story. Who knows, maybe you will be able to relate.
Do you know the feeling of being sick and tired of being sick and tired? And not just about fitness but everything in general. Well, not long ago I reached that point of being fed up with myself and my excuses.
However, life has a funny way of unfolding. Be careful what you wish for because you might just get it!
I got tired of feeling disappointed and guilty with myself for not taking consistent action. Always having excuses, excuses that in turn would create a vicious circle of negative self-talk. The more I would justify myself for not taking action, the more ashamed I felt. It all began a few months ago when I decided to take a mini-vacation on an island in the Azores. My intention was to stay for a very short time. As my time on the island was coming to an end, the situation revolving around Corona was intensifying. Most of the countries were urging their citizens to come back home. My family and friends were panicking asking me if I’d seen the news and when I'd be coming home...
But despite everything, I chose to stay!
I thought to myself that this is what I've been waiting for! This was the perfect opportunity! This was the moment for me to have time to solely focus on myself. And that's how everything started.
The next few months that I spent in the Azores, I became obsessed with transforming my mind & body.
Like Jim Rohn once said:
"Look, if you want things to change, YOU need to change. If you will change, everything will change for you."

So I Changed!
I began waking up daily at 4 am, I started reading, journaling, meditating, studying, and incorporating positive self-talk. I also started working out 6 times per week despite constantly being exhausted. Even though I was struggling, I started tracking every set and every rep. I kept pushing myself, my strength and endurance were growing and I started gaining confidence with my workouts. On the other hand, my food cravings were growing to the roof! I became so strict with my diet and I was tracking everything I was eating. I was determined! I wanted to prove to myself that I can. I noticed that with every good habit that I incorporated another good habit would flourish and that gave me the conviction I needed.
I not only proved to myself that I can,
but
I also discovered that the power
is in the mind!
“Focus on the mind
and the body will follow.”

And now, I am super excited to teach you everything that I have discovered through my transformation.
So stay tuned and let’s tap into our full potential and all that it entails!

The power is in the mind.
